The American Red Cross Blood Services Carolinas Region is one of 36 American Red Cross regional blood centers whose mission is to fulfill the needs of people and provide the safest, most reliable and cost-effective blood and plasma services through voluntary donations. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Telerecruiter for the Telerecruitment Call Center in Charlotte, NC. In this position you will recruit prospective blood donors from a variety of sources by phoning individuals, groups, organizations, churches and schools. Responsibilities include contacting previous, special or whole blood donors to increase the frequency of donations and increase the number of donors and blood products.
