The American Red Cross Blood Services Carolinas Region is one of 36 American Red Cross regional blood centers whose mission is to fulfill the needs of people and provide the safest, most reliable and cost-effective blood and plasma services through voluntary donations. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Supervisor for the Telerecruitment Call Center in Charlotte, NC. In this position you will be responsible for the supervision of the telerecruitment staff including, but not limited to, interviewing/hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and disciplining to ensure a well-qualified team and to enhance operational success. You will also determine and monitor calling priorities and assignments for every calling shift to ensure achievement of defined advance appointment goals by location and fixed site to maximize blood drive efficiency. Also, initiate defined contingency actions during call shifts as required to maximize production. Responsibilities also include monitoring individual telerecruiters calls, evaluating calls against defined standards of performance, and providing coaching to telerecruiters. Utilize third party reviews to provide coaching to telerecruiters. Identify and assign training to telerecruiters according to identified needs. This is a full-time evening Sunday-Thursday position with hours from 1130am-830pm on Sunday; and 12pm-9pm Monday-Thursday. You must be able to attend one week of first shift full-time training.
