ARCADIS' Site Evaluation and Remediation Team in Raleigh, NC is seeking a motivated Environmental Engineer to support a growing base of projects.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Full-time technical position involves the execution of environmental assessment and remediation project tasks.
* Knowledge of field methods for the collection and evaluation of environmental data, and of basic principles of environmental remediation
* Field assignments may include performance of environmental site assessments; collecting groundwater, surface water, soil, and air/vapor samples; treatment system installation and maintenance; etc. The ability to work with team members for the completion of field assignments will be important, including the ability to conduct work within scope, schedule, quality criteria, and budget.
* The position will include preparation of detailed data summary reports, remedial alternatives evaluations, remediation design packages (text, drawings, calculations, etc), technical specifications, etc.
* Good organization, time management, written and verbal communication abilities a must.

Basic and Required Qualifications:
* Minimum years of experience: 0-3
* Education required: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree
* Registrations/Certifications required: EIT
* Skills required: Knowledge of environmental assessment and remediation project tasks; collecting groundwater, surface water, soil, and air/vapor samples; treatment system installation and maintenance; preparation of detailed data summary reports

Additional and Preferred Qualifications:
* Education preferred: Masters degree Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree
* Registrations/Certifications preferred: OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER
* This position does require travel. Travel amount ismore than 50%.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
* This position does not manage others
