The Health Care Management Offering/Services Senior Manager oversees the offering, asset or services development management activities, including infusing the high performance business agenda, innovation, and strategic market positioning into the area of responsibility. Specifically, this person is responsible and accountable for the strategy and associated development of the approach, assets, tools, and content that support Offering/Services take-up, sales and delivery. S/he also works to develop, acquire, synthesize, integrate, refresh, package and disseminate content and knowledge around the targeted subject areas within the offering such that the offering and/or service and its service components are market relevant and compelling to the client. In addition, the role provides expertise and content to the development of market offerings, thought leadership initiatives, points of view, proposals, implementation tools, case studies and credentials, and learning initiatives. Development of the offering and asset strategy also includes the protection, measurement, and commercialization of offering assets. The Offering Investment strategy will encompass the development and oversight of differentiating offerings, assets, services, alliances and relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall program management activities associated with the development of assets and offerings, including resourcing of team, creation of work plan, and management of the budget
- Guide the development of tools, such as diagnostics, methodologies, toolkits, data repositories, job aids, and topic pages, to ensure that practice professionals can access the best examples of strategically important knowledge and offerings/assets quickly and easily
- Working with Offering leadership, define strategy, priorities, goals and annual investment budget for assigned content area (s) / key offering(s) / service (s). o Establish strong relationships with the Offering leadership to continuously understand content needs & requirements and recalibrate the Offering Investment plan as required to meet business needs, drive sponsorship and serve as catalyst in developing global perspective on approaches to content-related priorities
- Act of central point of coordination with Marketing, Sales Development and Capability Development teams to execute the Offering Investment in the context of the High Performance agenda. Includes maintaining continuous communication/alignment to drive enablement of the key offering (s)
- Ensure proper integration and cross leveraging of relevant offering and asset across Growth Platforms and Operating Groups
- Lead effective delivery and evaluation strategies to gauge Offering Investment program effectiveness and return on investment
- Liaise with key sales, mobilization, and delivery representatives to ensure we can deliver what we are selling and to solicit feedback and identify enhancements that ensure market relevancy and investment case achievement
- Facilitate and manage the innovation pipeline associated with the offering(s) and/or service(s):
- Integrate alliances and/or align vendors within offerings. Working with Sales Development and Alliances, recommend new alliances and/or vendors as part of our differentiating position and integrate them into our offering portfolio
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum two years product discovery, innovation and lifecycle management
- Minimum five years service offering development, acumen and/or value proposition development
- Minimum five years in a Sales organization, developing sales strategy, or supporting sales initiatives
- Minimum five years in the Health Administration and/or BPO industries
- Minimum two years exposure to outsourcing marketplace, preferably with a balance of operational/technical and market facing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years experience developing business cases, developing sales strategy, shaping deals and campaign management
- Minimum of five years product innovation; solution configuration; solution planning for outsourcing methodology;product lifecycle management and pricing strategy development and execution
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
- Product management skills with experience conceptualizing new products
- Excellent communication (written and oral); strong analytic; problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including ability to manage multiple, complex projects
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Ability to travel up to 100%
