HVAC Commercial Technician Linc Network, LLC, an international HVAC solutions provider, is searching for a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician for immediate employment opportunities. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for the service and retrofit/replacement of commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment. Requirements for these career opportunities include great customer service skills and at least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R service and installation experience. EPA certification preferred. Having Linc training and experience is a BIG PLUS to your future growth. JOB DESCRIPTION Principle Duties/Essential Functions: Perform maintenance/service at customer locations Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, modifications and repairs to HVAC commercial equipment Determine parts for in field repairs Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customers and internal management Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner Nights/Weekends On Call rotation Knowledge and Skills Required: Minimum 5 years experience Great Customer Service skills Ability to diagnosis and trouble shoot equipment Ability to operate basic hand tools common to HVAC testing and repair Ability to read and understand service manuals and related documents Oral, written and interpersonal communications skills Working Requirements: Flexible schedule to include working nights and weekends Valid Driver s License with an insurable good driving record Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test Education/Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and/or Stationary Engineering or 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
