TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s Degree 4 years experience in J2EE RAD Websphere DB2 Unix Proficiency in Struts, Hibernate, EJB, and Webservices technologies. SOFT SKILLS Receptive to change and new information. Adjusts easily to new situations or unexpected obstacles which warrant attention and resolution. Experience identifying and analyzing problems, recognizing significant factors, and providing multiple options for resolution. Able to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions.
