Position Description:


Positions in this function are responsible for the students' learning primarily within Customer Service. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and a desire to lead and develop employees. May be required to travel and/or cross train in new or emerging functions. May also be involved in the design process.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively handle shifting responsibilities and easily adapts to change.


• Positions in this function are responsible for training within a function such as Customer Service. Does not train outside of specialty. May also be involved in the design process.


• Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.


• Work within required established procedures.


• Works independently.


• Mentors others.


• Acts as a resource for others.


• Will have leadership responsibilities within the classroom or virtual classroom environment


• Will communicate with audiences of different size and scope

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED


• 2+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics.


• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Assets:

• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.


• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting.


• College degree preferred


• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred


• Previous Web-Ex experience
