Job Description: Summary The Business Analyst will serve in a key role between ARC HR and our HRIS outsourcing provider ADP. The Business Analyst position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR transactions in the ADP HRIS and resolving data issues within other outsourced HRIS applications including the Enterprise Time and Labor System (e-TIME). The data used in these systems are used by all components of HR and payroll for reporting both internally and externally to the ARC. The position will be within Enterprise Human Resource Data Systems of the ARC Human Resources Department. The individual holding the position will be assigned to work at the shared service center in Charlotte, NC Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting data issues within the HR applications as they arise. Applications include, ADP Enterprise Version 5, known as EV5 (HRIS), ADP Enterprise e-TIME, Virtual Edge and EV5 Self-Service. As issues are resolved, Business Analyst will be required to test changes prior to being implemented. Perform daily processing of HR transactions within ADP HRIS. Review all data input forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy, resolving errors and obtaining missing information from appropriate staff. Data enter all forms timely in order to meet payroll processing schedules. Act as primary backup to the other business analysts. Backup duties include administering security and processing configuration changes within the ADP HRIS and ADP Virtual Edge (Recruiting) Maintain audits of the data in accordance with quality control standards and procedures. Investigate data errors and correct in accordance with data entry procedures. Provide application testing for data issues as necessary. Execute standardized queries and reports (i.e. standard reports) in accordance with system operating procedures. Review and distribute output accordingly. Analyst is responsible for building relationships within HR / payroll department in order to streamline flow of HR transactions. Analyst will train new and existing users on basic navigation of ADP systems.
