***The Institute for Family Centered Services/NC Mentor will be hosting a Career Fair in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for LICENSED FAMILY COUNSELORS and QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS interested in becoming Intensive In-Home Counselors

in the following counties: Forsyth, Stokes, Davie, Guilford, Randolph, Alamance and Caswell***

We also have additional positions throughout the state, so please feel free to pass this information on to anyone that might be qualified. To that end, the Family Centered Specialist role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.

IFCS is seeking a Family Centered Specialist to provide a service or treatment plan that is based on an effective assessment of clients needs and practical suggestions for change. This individual will participate in individual and team supervision as scheduled and build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies.

This region will be temporarily based out of our Winston-Salem office. Services will be provided to clients in Stokes and Forsyth counties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • One year of Child Mental Health experience with a Masters degree in a Human Services field.
  • Two years of postgraduate Child Mental Health experience with a Bachelors degree in a Human Services field.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
