SALES ANALYST - The Sales Analyst has responsibility for reporting and analysis related to sales. Reporting includes standard and ad hoc deliverables including, but not limited to, trends and variance analysis. The position will be responsible for improving efficiencies and ensuring deliverables are timely, accurate, and relevant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
Sales reporting and analysis. 50%
Support completion of the Annual Operating Plan through preparation of detailed customer and sales representative views. Including trends, forecasts, and compensation analysis. 20%
Various ad hoc and operational/metric reporting to provide actionable insight to the management team 20%
Professional development and active learning to improve personal/professional skills
Other tasks and activities that may be assigned at the discretion of the manager 10%

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant FP&A experience
Sales analysis experience
Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills
This role requires a well-organized and self-directed individual
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines
Focus on detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
