We are currently seeking the best talent for our Overnight Security position. The Night Audit is a dual role that is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the resort, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our late night or early morning arrivals, as well as running the nightly reports and analyzing data. This shift is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The successful candidate will be able to:

    -Provide a warm and engaging first impression for all our guests and deliver a memorable farewell

    -Process check-ins, check-outs and room assignments

    -Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors and dispatch bell/valet attendants as needed

    -Post guest charges and payments, process no-shows and adjust disputed charges

    -Maintain knowledge of room types, hotel amenities and features, hours of operation and area attractions

    -Respond promptly to questions, concerns and special requests. Follow-up to ensure the guest is satisfied

    -Run nightly reports and review for accuracy, make corrections and adjustments as required

    -Use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with disturbances, trespassing, intoxication, etc.

    -Coordinate with local authorities and first responders when on property and assist with managing the area, assist with guests, hold elevators, etc.

    -Follow all emergency procedures and communicate detailed information to General Manager

    -Walk the resort and identify and potential security risks or trespassing

    -Manage incoming calls while being present and available to guests

    -Collect payment and maintain accurate records and data entry

    -Use opportunities to enhance the guest experience by recognizing guests by name, celebrating special occasions and communicating any special requests

    -Efficiently use reservation systems and communication systems

    This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service who want to deliver elevated service in a luxury environment. The Front Desk provides insight to overall hotel operations and is a good training ground for establishing a hospitality career.

    Must have strong customer service skills and a calm, confident demeanor. Additionally must be technically skilled, detailed oriented, and able to stand and walk the building and perimeter. Previous experience in a hotel, resort or guest-facing experience required. Previous overnight experience beneficial.
