Become a credible product and brand expert: know the product ingredients and brand values
Live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing Red Bull in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers
Grow our consumer base within the collegiate community by competently fielding questions and seeding the product at the right place and & time on and around campus
Build sampling mission plans for key consumption occasions (study, gaming, at-work, social, and fitness) within the territory that drive trial and win the broader target consumer base
Identify opportunities while building and executing an innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life
Create and maintain strong relationships with key local individuals, campus clubs, and organizations
Drive digital engagement with the brand through authentic social media content while remaining within FTC guidelines and using the hashtags to demonstrate association and employment with RBNA
Create unforgettable brand experiences for consumers by providing assistance at Red Bull owned as well as Red Bull supported third party events

Operate & treat the Red Bull Mini Cooper with care, maintaining its premium appearance while obeying all speed limits and traffic laws
Follow the 8 Step Sampling technique:
Hand select the consumer based on targets and spontaneous opportunities
Customize the message to the consumer in the interaction
Create natural and engaging conversation around past consumption
Introduce Red Bull functionality
Be open and prepared to listen to consumer perceptions
Respond appropriately to negative perceptions
Offer the consumer a suitable chilled product
Report back with consumer insights and marketing activity
Show love for the details in all areas of your role
Foster a collaborative environment by communicating regularly and sharing ideas
Accurately plan & report your activities in a timely manner via the dedicated online platform, Red Bull University 3.0
Develop relationships with & assist the Student Marketeer – Student Brand Manager with marketing, planning, & event executions
Contribute to the development of the Red Bull Media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of the Red Bull storage unit and manage inventory

Drive visibility and availability of the product by placing POS and passing on sales opportunities to the Consumer Collecting Specialist and Distributor Partner Manager within the territory
Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure availability and visibility of the product
Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points on campus and beyond
Keep Red Bull top-of-mind in sales accounts by leveraging relevant assets from the World of Red Bull
Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards


An active state-issued driver's license
Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Review with a driving record in good standing
Access to university campus, events, and activities
Excellent communication skills
Ability & desire to network with freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, and graduate populations
Thorough understanding of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities/events
A creative, entrepreneurial, and responsible mindset
Occasional evening & weekend availability
Effective time management skills
A desire to learn and apply a new set of skills, specifically in marketing & sales
